Open Terminal and type below command
sudo apt-get install xrdp
after install you can able to access/RDP Ubuntu from Windows and windows from Ubuntu also
If you got any problem while connecting you can install gnome session fallback
sudo apt-get install gnome-session-fallback
sudo apt-get install xrdp
